High School or equivalent years of experience
Must be able to safely lift and load 50lbs
Must be able to understand written and/or verbal instructions in English
Must be able to work eight to twelve hours a day
Must be able to work on weekends
Must be able to work any shift
Must be able to tolerate any climate
Must be flexible with shift and hours
Must have safety as a priority
Must be able to pass math aptitude test
Must be computer literate and able to work with programs such as Word, Excel, etc., and be able to learn and use HP programs such as e-mail, ERP system, etc.
Industrial experience preferred
Good organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply & divide) and the ability to learn company computer system is a must
Ideal candidate will have excellent attendance, good work ethic, able to work overtime as needed
Duties may include assisting with movement of pipe, application of thread compound and protectors, coupling pre-buck on, loading material onto line, offloading material from line, monitoring control panels and automated movement of pipe, racking/in-racking of material
Mark pipe with status code or stencils approved by others
Loading and unloading material from pallets and recording units of goods moved or unpacked
Stocking shelves
Shipping/Receiving
May be required to carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of departmental objectives and to develop one's skills
