Maintain cleanliness and organization utilizing 5S principles in work areas and grounds.

ZF Electrician V role base compensation range: $24.25 - $41.12 hourly (contextual to role compensation)
Maintains accurate records of all quotes and purchase transactions.
Identify compliance and non-compliance with the NEC. Create and execute plans to comply with the standard using external contractors or performing the work internally with qualified personnel; depending on the complexity and magnitude of the project.
Establishes and maintains a cost conscience relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Perform minor plumbing tasks including lavatory repair, soap dispensers, etc. and assist with cleanup as needed.
Documents repairs, maintenance activities and records material usage using CMMS Software.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks on building and facility equipment with a focus on electrical circuits and panels.
Oversight for contractor electrical work compliance.
Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems and equipment.
Plan and execute routing new conduit for installing electrical service to new/used junction boxes and control panels.
Participate in equipment moves, including production equipment, office cubicles and/or furniture.
