Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.
Providers must be able to treat all ages and must meet any credentialing requirements needed;
Ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.
PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
Full Time Employees are required to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
