1+ years of experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment (entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude may be considered)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Basic hand tool proficiency (screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, torque tools)
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with sustained attention to detail
Basic math skills (measurements, tolerances, counting)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-35 lbs.
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
