Executive Assistant
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, commitments, materials, and follow-up
Provide ongoing scheduling, coordination, and administrative support to the COO
Support other members of the executive team with scheduling, meetings, and materials
Coordinate Board and committee meetings from scheduling through follow-up
Prepare and distribute Board materials, take accurate minutes, and maintain governance records
Communicate directly with Board members and coordinate with senior leadership
Coordinate occasional travel and meeting logistics
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials
Track decisions, deadlines, commitments, and next steps
Use technology to keep information organized and improve how work gets done
Follow up across the organization to keep priorities moving
Step into special projects and unexpected needs when they come up
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Compensation details: 65000-75000 Yearly Salary
