FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
Two years' experience working with youth or families.
Must be provisionally credentialed as a Provisionally Certified Community Support Specialist (PCCSS) in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a Certified Community Support Specialist (CCSS) in Mississippi.
Must meet NC Qualified Professional (QP) requirements per 10A NCAC 27G .0104.
Master's in human services field + 1 year experience
Bachelor's in human services field + 2 years experience
Bachelor's in non-human services field + 4 years experience
Current NC license (including provisional) or board-issued certification in a human services profession
Experience must be full-time and supervised, serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis, and may be accumulated before or after degree completion.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field.
Three years' experience working with youth or families.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
Current Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or ability to register as a QMHP with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
