Three years plus of soldering/assembly experience.
Capable of soldering and de-soldering of surface mounted devices and through hole components
Proficient with use of hand tools.
Experience with PC Board assembly
Hand soldering skills for small PCB based assemblies.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Must be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical blueprints.
Knowledge of Components.
Understanding of electricity/electronics.
Understand basic ESD (electro-static discharge) handling requirements.
Computer proficient and able to learn new software programs.
