High school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or related experience.
Knowledge of ESD practices and quality inspection processes.
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Proficient with hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as required.
