Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required
0-3 years of engineering experience in a low volume/high mix manufacturing environment involving sheet metal parts or components fabrication is required
You must be able to sit at a computer or stand and observe activities for extended periods of time without issue.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Packaging experience is a plus
Optical Fiber experience is a plus
Lean Manufacturing/ 5S/Six Sigma experience is a plus
Small-scale Automation and/or Robotics experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office and SolidWorks are preferred.
We prefer you are able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable in a shop environment.
Willingness to work the occasional nonstandard time after hours preferred.
