If you hold a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), you will be designated as a CDL driver for Sysco, regardless of the specific position for which you are applying. As a result, this classification may affect your job responsibilities and will subject you to compliance requirements under Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations — including participation in the DOT Drug and Alcohol Random Testing Program.

Ability to drop and hook trailers

Ability to lift product up to 50 lbs., infrequent lifting to 80 lbs.

Must be able to climb on and off the box of the truck

Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling

Must be able to work in confined spaces

Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A preferred

One year experience preferred

Selectors start at $22.78 per hour with additional incentive opportunities based on productivity.

The expected base rate for this role is between $22.78 and $37.04.

Sunday - Thursday. 5:30pm Start Time

Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. At times weekends and holidays are required.

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from less than 0 degrees to over 100 degrees required.

Lift, carry, push, pull, and lower 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

Continuously stand, grasp objects & manipulate objects; occasionally sit; frequently walk, drive pallet jack, climb/balance, stoop/squat, kneel/bend, bend, reach above shoulder, twist, & use manual dexterity.

Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.

Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. At times weekends and holidays are required.

Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred e.g. lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.

Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.

Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
