Have experience in engaging and providing assessment feedback to frontline and mid-level leaders.
Have experience using emerging data analytics technologies to analyze workplace data and familiar with performing analytics (that includes predictive, prescriptive and descriptive analytics) and able to synthesize analyzed data into meaningful insights
Have the ability to provide expert input, guidance & advise management on the industry best practices, key psychological principles and trends within the aspect of assessment and coaching.
Have good consulting skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization
Has foundational coaching credential (minimum)
Have a good blend of applied scientific knowledge and skills in using organizational psychological principles to ensure standardization, reliability and consistency of leadership assessment and development delivery
