Minimum five years of industrial maintenance, facilities, or utilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience supervising, leading, or directing technical employees.
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, utility, and facilities systems.
Experience using a CMMS for work-order and preventive-maintenance management.
Working knowledge of industrial safety and compliance requirements, including lockout/tagout, electrical safety, machine safeguarding, confined-space entry, and fall protection.
Ability to coordinate multi-trade contractors, vendors, and OEM representatives.
Emergency, holiday, plant shutdown, and after-hours work is required as needed.
