Willingness to travel 25-30 miles to and from work
Strong interpersonal and situational awareness skills
Must have Swing or Grave shift availability
Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work with a high needs community
Willingness to accept feedback and is open to communication
Must be able to adhere to 15 minute, and lunch breaks
Successful candidate will be able to adhere to all security procedures and post order requirements
Reliable transportation to commute to and from facility
Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card License ($117.00 out of pocket) and maintain it every year at the same cost
Attendance is required for in-person interview and new hire orientation if hired
Experience working with vulnerable populations and/or a background in law enforcement is preferred
