High School Diploma/GED
Minimum 2 years in a quality inspection role
Basic computer skills (i.e. network, intranet, internet navigation, data entry)
Ability to use manual gauges (e.g. micrometer, calipers, dial indicator, scale)
Experience with visual inspection systems (e.g. Smartscopes)
Ability to comprehend written instructions with industry-specific terms and technical concepts
Ability to document inspection results
Ability to look through a microscope for extended periods of time
Frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 25 lbs
Must be able to enter data into a computer by use of a keyboard and mouse
Dexterity in fine motor skills to manipulate small and delicate objects
Must be able to pass the following vision tests (with or without correction): Snellen (20/25), Jaeger No. 2, Ishihara
