5 years' experience in Government procurement
5 years' experience with CPSR requirements
3-5 years in Purchasing electronics
Bachelors degree in a related field is required **or** 8-10 years of experience without a degree
Working and proficient FAR/DFARS knowledge
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to understand ERP systems and other IT tools
Strong organizational skills
