Experience presenting technical content to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering & Technology Management or a related field - required
Minimum 3 years of technical project management experience – required
Minimum 5 years of verifiable leadership, management and technical skills in supervisory roles specific to engineering, manufacturing, and welding - required
Minimum of 10 years of direct, hands-on mechanical engineering experience - required
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical manufacturing processes - required
Direct experience managing design or complex development projects - required
Ability to pass a background check - required
