High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude.
Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures.
Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
Basic soldering experience.
Ability to perform work using hand tools and standard measurement equipment.
Ability to learn and follow quality, safety, and ESD procedures.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Ability to work with adhesives, epoxy, solder, and production machinery.
Ability to use fine motor skills when working with small parts and components.
