BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required; MS is preferred.
8+ years (M04) or 12+ years (M05) of experience in software or hardware product development environments focused on enterprise server, storage, networking, or rack-scale systems.
Experience in manufacturing test, system validation, or NPI environments supporting hardware products.
At least 3–5 years of recent experience in software development for test systems, automation frameworks, or system validation environments.
Prior experience directly or indirectly managing engineering or development teams.
Customer-facing experience working with hyperscale, enterprise, or infrastructure customers.
Experience working in ODM/OEM or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
