Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or another technical discipline preferred
3–5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading maintenance technicians supporting automated production equipment
Strong troubleshooting knowledge across mechanical and electrical systems
Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, sensors, and other industrial equipment
Experience implementing and/or managing preventive maintenance programs through a CMMS
Demonstrated ability to analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions that reduce recurring downtime
Experience supporting automation projects, equipment installations, upgrades, or capital projects
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement principles
Strong understanding of manufacturing safety practices and OSHA requirements
Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
