Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in hydropower engineering, including design, project management, and client engagement.
Strong experience in the analysis and design of hydropower facilities, including dams, spillways, gates, penstocks, powerhouse structures, and balance of plant systems.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical disciplines.
Knowledge of engineering standards and codes applicable to the candidate's discipline.
Experience with regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to hydropower projects.
Experience working with clients and contractors during planning and construction phases.
Proven ability to manage large, complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
Must possess permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Must be willing to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
