5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Project Management, Process Automation and AutoCAD or similar design software experience
Aptitude for mechanical/electrical application as related to equipment/processes.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement methods.
Experience with lean principles and techniques to include Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Cycle Time Reduction and Process Balancing, Yokoten, 5S, Set Up Reduction (SMED), and Kanban.
Familiarity with capital project execution, equipment qualification, and production support.
Fin press and fin forming equipment
Tube cutting, bending, and end forming equipment
Tube-to-fin assembly processes
Mechanical or hydraulic expansion equipment
Brazing and soldering systems
Leak detection and pressure testing equipment
Coil cleaning, coating, and drying systems
Material handling and automation systems
Tooling, fixtures, and poka-yoke devices for coil manufacturing
Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.
