Must have knowledge in 3 phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring, and troubleshooting of such systems.

Experience with 480-volt power and logic circuits

Must be able to understand and follow electrical schematics proficiently without supervision

Must be samiliar with machine control systems

Ability to troubleshoot (complex) machine control systems.

Ability to identify the features and functions of controllers.

Ability to describe and compare pneumatic and electronic controllers.

Ability to identify the signal path through a control circuit.

$32-38/hour + $2/hour shift differential pay from Friday 6am - Monday 7am

1st Shift

6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (10-hour shifts)

Weekend Availability: Required

High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in instrumentation, measurement and control systems, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment; OR 6 years of related industrial maintenance experience in lieu of a diploma

Experience in at least three of the following areas: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and food manufacturing process controls.

Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices.

Ability to read, understand, and work with electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize maintenance management systems and email communication.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Weekend Availability: Required

Experience troubleshooting and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Prior food manufacturing or bakery industry experience.

Experience with building automation systems, fire protection systems, and material handling equipment.

Experience fabricating and installing mechanical or electronic components.

Forklift, scissor lift, or other industrial equipment operating experience.
