Part time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work one shift a day; full time Federal Express Corporation (FEC) employees work two shifts.

Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally part time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, technology consulting, analytics, or related technology transformation roles.

Strong experience with Claude, Rovo, Figma or equivalent AI-first product tools to accelerate product development.

Strong data analysis acumen with experience in Excel, SQL, R, Python or other comparable BI tools such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau.

Experience with AI/automation tools for product management and design workflow acceleration.

Experience supporting operating mechanisms for multi-product platform organizations where the operating model itself is a transformation deliverable.

Familiarity with technical product concepts, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and API-driven models is beneficial.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, supply chain, or predictive analytics domains.
