1-3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Strong hardware diagnostics and break/fix experience.
Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.
Experience supporting printers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces when required.
Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing elevated areas to support network and wireless equipment.
Ability to work in production and warehouse environments while transporting or replacing IT hardware.
