Front Half, Day Shift: Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Back Half, Day Shift: Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Donut, Day Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Certified Compounding Pharmacy Technician

High school diploma or equivalent.

Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.

At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience

Familiarity with USP <795> and <800> standards and non-sterile compounding processes.

This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.

Prior experience in hospital or compounding settings preferred.

One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist

Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations

Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills

Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend

Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment

Must possess visual acuity

Current ARRT Certification
