Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent job experience

0-2 years of technical/engineering work experience in Manufacturing (focus in specialized area a plus)

Application of engineering and manufacturing principles

Technical experience with HDMA D-products – weld guns, paint bells, machining gang-heads

Willingness to go to the spot (plant floor, supplier) and perform hands-on analysis and work as required

Proficient with Microsoft Office & SAP

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project teams

Business acumen in a technical environment

Ability Travel, both domestic and international (<10%) travel to manufacturing and vendors sites

5-15 hours of OT per week

Weekend, holiday, and emergency support work may be required

Mechanical or Electrical preferred

Position Type: Non-exempt, full-time, night shift hourly role.

Must be 18 years of age.

Working knowledge of computers

Valid driver's license in good standing.

Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services.

All state-required training(s) and certification(s) completed in mandated timeframes.

Maintain valid driver's license, meet all insurance requirements, and be approved by management to be a driver for the company. If an employee is determined to have lost their driving privileges by failing the company MVR driving record requirements per company policy, the employee will be required to sign a Non-Driver form and restricted from driving on behalf of the company until their MVR report satisfies the company requirements for a good driving record.

Employees must cooperate with the licensee and Department of Human Services staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation.

Must have a valid driver's license in good standing in The State of New Jersey; however, in the event the person lives in another state and is commuting, they must have a valid driver's license in good standing for the state in which they live.

At minimum, a High School Diploma/Equivalent is required

All employees hired after 6/15/2018 shall submit to drug testing prior to employment. All employees shall submit to drug testing randomly and for cause/suspicion.

Employees must submit to criminal background checks, and be determined not to be disqualified by the Department of Human Services prior to working with individuals served. In addition to this, it is a requirement that all employees agree to have their name checked against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, as well as completing an application to have their name checked against the Child Abuse Registry Information (CARI).

Employees must successfully complete and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of required trainings.

Shall be at least 18 years of age.

Heavy Work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Six months of experience in human services preferred

This is an onsite job. One remote workday per week may be possible with prior departmental approval.

Must have a 4 year college-level Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology or a related STEM field of study.

5 years' experience with general software development methodologies, as well as those specific to SaaS Cloud toolsets and platforms including:

Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration of technical and functional settings.

Ability to effectively manage SaaS global attributes, master data, and admin tasks

Experience with coding and configuring of APIs for data extraction and integration

Familiarity with middleware frameworks for connecting systems (SAP, Laserfiche, Salesforce, others)

Understanding procurement, risk management, and compliance workflows

Ability to configure features to enforce compliance and mitigate risks

Experience working in Agile teams, using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

Strong technical and listening skills

Good analytical skills along with communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills.

Ability to manage time and diverse activities under deadlines while delivering quality results, on time, on budget
