Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role required

Experience managing high-volume inbound and outbound communications, including phone, text, and email.

Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate, timely documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Must have reliable transportation

A valid driver's license

The minimum state required liability auto insurance.

Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.

Pass a comprehensive criminal background check that may include, but is not limited to, federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference check, and drug screen.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Human Services preferred.

Experience in healthcare intake, call center operations, patient access, admissions, or inside sales preferred.

Knowledge of PACE, Medicaid, Medicare, or health care programs preferred

Experience working with older adults, caregivers, or vulnerable populations preferred.

$18.00/hour base pay

$24.43/hour through commission and incentives

Between $18.00 and $27.06
