Nurse Practitioner

Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners

Must currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Fellowship program location for at least the next two years.

Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN.

Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program.

Have passed, or in the process of, passing NP board examinations by 12/7/26.

Currently holds or will hold by 12/21/26 an active, non-probationary state NP license.

Language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location.
