Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Five years of experience in using project management methodologies, including experience in running large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure.
Three years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, including leading process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable results.
Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques (e.g., DMAIC, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and control plans) to improve quality, cycle time, cost, and customer experience.
Experience developing process maps, standard operating procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing process governance to sustain improvements.
Able to gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support data-driven decisions and quantify business impact.
Experience leading change management activities and gaining adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Must be highly proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse; requires walking, talking, seeing, and hearing.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
