Intake Nurse (RN or LPN)

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Michigan

One year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Prior home health care experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in inventory management or procurement, ideally in a maintenance or industrial environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Basic math skills, including the use of fractions and decimals.

Maintaining certification as required

Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.

Familiarity with inventory and procurement systems (SAP preferred).

$16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay

Up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals.

Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions

A total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.
