Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $24.05 per hour and $37.78 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $24.05 to $31.05, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus

2 years of experience in a Store Manager role

4 years of experience in a supervisory role

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations

8+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or account management

4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or advanced technology business.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven track record of winning complex enterprise sales in a sales-led organization, including originating opportunities, shaping deals, and closing with Fortune 50 clients.

Demonstrated experience with the big 5 Cloud Service Providers.

Legally authorized to work in (Country) without company sponsorship.

Required to undergo background checks including criminal records check and education.

With a strong preference for candidates who have excelled in hunter-oriented roles.

Preference for strong technical background, with experience in data center infrastructure, cooling systems, or related fields.

Experience using CRM and ERP systems such as Oracle Netsuite (preferred), SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
