High School Diploma or GED required.

1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, machining, or industrial environment.

Experience operating hand tools, machine tools, or material handling equipment in a production setting.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds and work safely around industrial equipment.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Experience with CNC controls is preferred.

$22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time

Most of the scheduled shift

High school diploma or equivalent.

The employee must be able to stand and walk for most of the scheduled shift; bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks; handle materials, samples, inspection equipment, and production documentation; and lift or move up to 50 pounds, with assistance or material-handling equipment available for heavier items.

Required personal protective equipment must be worn.

Willingness to work in both Quality Inspection and Production based on business needs.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, quality inspection, machine operation, laboratory work, or another industrial environment preferred.

Quality inspection or quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in aerospace, composites, prepreg, plastics, chemicals, textiles, coating, converting, or other process manufacturing.

Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales, or other measuring and inspection equipment.

Experience with nonconformance reports, controlled documentation, material traceability, calibration systems, or ERP/MRP systems.

Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, Lean manufacturing, or 5S practices.
