Proven experience as a technical lead or platform architect in an enterprise Adobe Martech environment.
Experience designing and governing AEP data architecture, including XDM schema design, identity namespace strategy, profile merge policies, and data usage labeling.
Hands-on experience engineering AJO journeys, offer decisioning logic, and cross-channel orchestration across email, push, and SMS.
Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and data privacy requirements as applied to marketing technology platforms.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tooling (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as a daily engineering practice.
Exceptional ability to translate complex platform architecture into clear engineering standards, patterns, and documentation.
Strong technical communication skills - equally comfortable in a PR review, an architecture whiteboard session, or a stakeholder presentation.
Deep comfort with ambiguity; able to make sound architectural decisions with incomplete information.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
