Minimum 5 years in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or modular construction production, with at least 2–3 years leading a crew, line, cell, or department.
Demonstrated experience running production to a schedule and to budgeted labor hours.
Practical understanding of mechanical assembly and/or structural fabrication — piping, welding, equipment setting, or steel fitting.
Ability to read shop drawings, spool drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Working knowledge of lean production concepts: takt, standard work, WIP control, visual management, root-cause problem solving.
Proficiency with production tracking, ERP, and scheduling tools; comfortable with data and daily metrics.
