Primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week

Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand, such as tax season

Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location

Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development. Must reside within the United States.

Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Familiarity with Circular 230

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.

Minimum of one (1) year of commercial truck driving experience OR a certificate of completion from an accredited CDL school.

Must meet all relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to DOT and Company standards.

Demonstrated ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment in tight/high-traffic areas, including backing 120+ feet using mirrors.

Understanding of truck components and basic maintenance requirements for safe daily operation.

Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Ability to push or maneuver containers weighing up to 300 lbs.

Frequent entering and exiting of the truck cab.

Ability to climb to the top of the vehicle to verify and secure loads prior to transport.

High-level depth perception, peripheral vision, and color vision for maneuvering in minimum-clearance spaces.

Ability to coordinate multiple limbs (arms/legs) simultaneously while sitting or standing to operate pedals and hydraulic controls.

Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
