Three or more years of experience in a technical sales, telecommunications, networking, information technology, or customer-facing technical support role.
Expertise in business connectivity and telephony, Wi-Fi technology and design techniques, and implementation.
Working knowledge of business networking concepts, managed services, cybersecurity, SD-WAN, IP addressing, and fixed or mobile 5G/LTE connectivity
Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Ability to create technical documentation, basic solution diagrams, training materials, and customer-facing presentations.
Ability to assess customer needs, troubleshoot technical concerns, and recommend practical, right-sized solutions.
