Experience supporting SMT, hand assembly, AOI, and test operations in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Familiar in supporting first-article builds, engineering changes, and production launches.
Experience participating in failure analysis and contributing to corrective action initiatives.
Ability to maintain an organized, ESD-safe workstation and follow established manufacturing best practices.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
At least 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician, PCBA Technician, or in a similar electronics manufacturing role.
Strong hands‑on experience with PCB rework, soldering, and electronics troubleshooting at the component and board level.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and inspection.
Familiarity with common electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits (ICs), and connectors.
Proficiency in performing visual, functional, and in‑process inspections of electronic assemblies.
Ability to follow and apply IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards and customer-specific requirements in daily work.
Strong documentation skills for recording repairs, defects, and dispositions in quality and manufacturing systems
