Flexible scheduling

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful

Work scheduled overtime as needed

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

The ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Stand for extended periods of time

Ability to read, write and speak the English language

Significant time working retail store environment

High comfort level with personal technology, such as mobile devices and personal video platforms

Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2-3 years Sales/Customer Service experience

1+ year Management experience

2-3 years Telecommunications/wireless experience

Familiarity with the latest technology and devices.

Willingness to travel to other locations as business needs dictate.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Certifications in sales training are a plus.

Pay starts at $27.00 per hour and depends on experience.

$2.00 per hour shift premium.

Standard hours are Sunday-Wednesday from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am, with overtime, as needed.

Must be able to safely manipulate very large & heavy parts.

2-year technical degree/diploma in CNC machining is required * If no degree consideration will be given to individuals with 5 yrs. of applicable CNC production operation experience
