Job Schedule: 4 / 10: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week

Flexible work schedule but 4/10 is preferred

Bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline with minimum 9 years or a Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Must be eligible to able to obtain a US security clearance

Strong prior experience with the use of DOORS.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong hardware and software technical background in architecture development, functional decomposition, requirements development and allocation, and interface definition with system-modelling tools.

Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with limited direction.

Possess strong verbal and written communications skills necessary to work effectively in a small technical team environment, and to accurately represent requirement/test perspectives to system architects, software designers, other test and test support personnel, and the Government customer.

An understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.

V&V; planning and execution experience.

Regularly contributes to overall system integration and automation process improvement.

Experience with hardware implementation or embedded software implementation.

Salary Base Range of $103,685.00 - $134,453.55

5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA

Equivalent business experience, with extensive involvement in process analysis, process design and documentation

Involvement in complex, large scale and high impact projects/platform implementations that add significant business value

Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end Order to Delivery processes, including order management, order promising, fulfillment, inventory coordination, shipping, transportation, and delivery execution

Hands-on experience leading business process analysis, current/future-state mapping, and value stream optimization initiatives within Order to Delivery

Experience of eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements that span multiple systems and teams, with a focus on improving flow, visibility, and data quality

Experience working with ERP Order to Delivery modules supporting Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation, and related fulfillment processes strongly preferred

Demonstrate deep expertise in the end-to-end Order to Delivery (OTD) process, including order capture, order management, fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and delivery execution

Ability to perform system and process analysis duties including flow charting and value stream mapping using process and software documentation tools

Has direct participation and experience with multiple software platform implementations

Strong ability to partner across Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to translate business needs into integrated, cross-functional requirements

Proven leadership of UAT planning and execution for Order to Delivery solutions, including test strategy, defect management, and business signoff

Understanding of upstream and downstream integrations (e.g., CRM, EDI, warehouse management, shipping, and transportation systems) and their impact on the Order to Delivery lifecycle

Understanding data systems, databases, software development life cycle, and information and application architecture

Experience leading the development of UAT and QA testing plans and cases

Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology

Project management skills a plus
