Minimum of four (4) years of recent, verifiable experience in residential home maintenance, remodeling, and repair required.
Strong knowledge of residential home systems, appliances, and general property care.
Comfortable using mobile devices and work order or property management software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, insured personal vehicle required to report to work and travel between assigned properties as needed.
Must possess and maintain the personal tools necessary to perform assigned job duties.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical work throughout the day.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
Team Members must be available to work scheduled shifts within these operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be available for on-call assignments and after-hours emergency response when necessary to support guest needs and company operations.
Must maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, as this position plays a critical role in daily field operations and guest satisfaction.
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary to support property operations, guest needs, emergency situations, and business demands.
