* Bachelor's Degree or higher in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution or equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489 (includes U.S. Military laboratory training courses of at least 50 weeks). **OR** * Education that has been evaluated by an acceptable credentialing agency and deemed equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology. **OR** * Meets the educational requirements of a Medical Laboratory Technician II (MLT-II).

3 years of full-time primary laboratory experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in moderate/high complexity testing for the specific section/area of responsibility required.

Must possess Certification for MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS.

If certification with an expiration date is held, the certification must be maintained and kept current.

Louisiana requires State Licensure.

5 years of full-time primary laboratory experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in moderate/high complexity testing for the specific section/area of responsibility preferred.

$15 per hour

Opportunity to earn up to $300 in certification incentives in your first month of servicing by reaching the milestones below:

Completing certification and servicing at least 10 hours in Week 1: $50

Servicing at least 10 hours in Week 2: $50

Servicing at least 30 hours per week in Weeks 3 and 4: $200

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

You'll need a quiet, dedicated workspace

Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)

A PC with Windows 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)

At least 8GB of RAM, with at least 4GB available for use

A processor capable of reliably running all required software and programs simultaneously

Up-to-date antivirus software

Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels

A USB noise-cancelling headset

A webcam for your Certification experience

A smart phone to facilitate dual-factor authentication

You are eligible to contract with NexRep if you reside in one of these states: AL, AK, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, or WY.

We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.

Each independent contractor services a minimum of 20 hours per week

At least one year of experience in a call center customer service environment is preferred

Medical office, pharmacy, or non-clinical medical experience is very helpful
