Minimum of 2-5 years in a manufacturing setting, preferably in an inspection role or related field
Read blueprints, drawings, plans, and routers to fully understand the desired customer requirements and specifications
Follow inspection procedures, methods, and certification processes
Perform a wide variety of gauging set-ups and devise methods of checking unusual parts
Perform quality inspections on a wide variety of machined metal parts of complicated form with exceptionally close tolerances, ensuring the final product meets the provided specifications
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
Report any anomalies/non-conformances
Participate in non-conformance investigations and the resolution of quality-related issues
Able to use common inspection tools (calipers, tape measure, micrometers, etc.)
Possesses knowledge of GD&T

Full-time work week is 40-55 hours, Monday - Friday, 10-hour days Monday - Thursday

Tool and Die Maker - 1st Shift
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:45 am - 2:45 pm
Maintain progressive stamping dies (or injection molds) by interpreting prints and specifications
Machine, grind, fit, and finish precision components to tight tolerances using toolroom equipment (milling, turning, grinding, polishing)
Set up and operate high-speed stamping presses, straighteners, and auxiliary equipment
Troubleshoot tooling, press, and part quality issues and implement corrective actions
Perform in-process inspections to verify compliance with prints and quality standards
Maintain lot control, labeling, and traceability of materials
Support tooling improvements through troubleshooting and design feedback
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards and support team training
Pay Rate: $32.67/hour
