The Clinical Operations Area Director must be a licensed rehab clinician, preferably a therapist, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation or business.
Patient care experience within the last 2-3 years is required.
Must have a minimum of five years experience in rehabilitation, two of which have been in management and administration.

Must have had primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years
A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement based on class standing, grade-point average (3.0 or higher), or honor society membership
