Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, and 4+ years of related experience and training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years as a Certified Quality Engineer

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, weldments, assemblies, and fabrication

Mechanical aptitude to assemble and disassemble components per engineering drawings

Proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation and GD&T;

Proficiency in failure analysis and root cause investigation methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault Tree)

Strong experience with Corrective Actions, 8Ds, MRBs, and Rapid Response activities

Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plan development

Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel

3+ years of practical experience in APQP

Experience with statistical and data analysis tools such as Minitab, SAS JMP, Excel macros, or Power BI

$18 per hour to $22 per hour
