Oversee the tasks assigned to store team
Assist in the training of store team to ensure optimum performance and customer service
Oversee store team in the absence of the store manager to ensure optimum performance and customer service

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of leadership experience.
**MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Uline's other North American locations.**
