High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Stand and walk throughout the workday.
Frequently lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
Use hands for repetitive assembly and tool operation.
Work with small hardware and precision mechanical components requiring attention to detail.
Candidates must be able to work in a manufacturing environment supporting products used in regulated industries, including aerospace and defense.
