Proficiency in shop math used in machining and programming applications.
Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, including troubleshooting mechanical and control issues.
5 years of CNC programming experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Availability to work weekends and overtime as required by production demands.
Strong ability to interpret part drawings, blueprints, dimensioning, and tolerancing, including working knowledge of GD&T.;
Ability to work independently while closely following established procedures and engineering instructions.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting is required.
Expertise with CNC machine tool controls, G code, and DNC control systems.
2-3 years of experience using NX and Predator applications for programming and verification.
Familiarity and expertise with CNC tooling, including tool selection, setup, and optimization.
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent level of education, is required.
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience with precision measuring tools, gauges, and other inspection devices.
