Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
3+ years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant relations
3+ years of experience in budget development, financial analysis, variance reporting and CAM reconciliations
Proficiency in Yardi, MRI and Excel
