1 year of general maintenance experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
Must be able to work at heights such as using a ladder or step stool and climbing stairs as needed.
Must be able to work in confined spaces as needed.
Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver items up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
Requires manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment, including repetitive hand/wrist motions.
Must be available for scheduled on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have dependable transportation to travel between Redwood Neighborhoods and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
