Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of hands-on experience in physical design and implementation, encompassing synthesis, PnR, timing convergence and physical verification.

Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools such as Innovus, Tempus, and Quantus, as well as a deep understanding of physical design flows and methodologies.

7+ years of experience in physical design roles and related activities.

Proven ability to adhere to tight schedules and implement low-power design techniques.

Experience in System-on-Chip (SoC) design and implementation.

Expertise in sub-7nm node technologies.

Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools and their capabilities.

Strong scripting skills in TCL to develop custom flows and methodologies on standard EDA tools from Cadence/Synopsys.

Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.

The annual salary range is:

CA Minimum, $120,888

CA Maximum, $183,840

BS Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering degree as appropriate from an accredited university. For designated positions, a BSEE or BSCE only may be required.

3 years of cumulative experience in electrical or civil engineering, planning and/or operations.

Current and active California Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Experience with electric distribution systems, utility standards, material specifications, and equipment qualification processes.

Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements, including IEEE, ANSI, NESC, GO 95, and CPUC requirements.

Experience performing engineering studies, root-cause analysis, and equipment evaluations.

Familiarity with utility data and engineering tools, including GIS, SAP, Power BI, CYME, ADMS, and Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience using Jira or similar work management software to track, prioritize, and manage engineering work.

$150,000 to $180,000 base, plus 25% bonus.

Base salary $150,000 to $180,000

Proficiency with ANSYS HFSS or an equivalent 3D FEM solver

Strong understanding of signal integrity concepts

Experience with high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps

Experience with high-speed signals up to 448 Gbps

Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and tools such as CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS
